The interarrival jitter industry is only a snapshot in the jitter at enough time of the report and isn't meant to be taken quantitatively. Rather, it is intended for comparison across quite a few stories from one receiver with time or from several receivers, e.g., inside of a one community, concurrently. To allow comparison across receivers, it is
